A Dietitian takes an up to date evidenced-based approach on teaching patients on how to make healthy nutritional, lifestyle and behavioural changes. The main goal is to educate a patient in such a way that they become equipped with the skills and confidence to sustain the healthy lifestyle change all within a realistic, timely and healthy manner.
