Our Exercise Physiologists work closely with other members of you care team to ensure that your exercise plan is in-line with your goals and current needs.
All services provided by our Exercise Physiologist can be accessed through funding as a part of your Participant Plan under the Support Category of Improved Health and Well-being. Note that plan amendments can be made to redirect funds into this category if not already available.
